These terms summarize how the current Fashion_Fussion storefront operates for retail customers and larger-quantity or business buyers. Order-specific prices, availability and status shown by the store remain the source of truth for an individual order.
Accounts and customer information
- Checkout requires a signed-in Fashion_Fussion account under the current storefront workflow.
- Customers should keep account access secure and provide usable contact and delivery information for order fulfilment and support.
- Saved addresses should be reviewed before order placement because the selected address becomes part of the order record.
Catalogue, pricing, GST and promotions
- Catalogue information reflects the products and variants currently made available through the store.
- Availability, quantity limits and product details can change as catalogue or inventory data changes.
- The final product value, GST, discount, delivery charge and payable total are shown or verified through the checkout workflow.
- A coupon, gift card, business price or other discount applies only when the current store rules accept it; no bulk discount is implied simply because a larger quantity is selected.
Payments and order creation
Prepaid checkout currently uses Razorpay-hosted payment processing. Cash on Delivery may also be offered where the checkout presents that option. Fashion_Fussion currently adds no separate prepaid or COD payment-handling fee.
- Prepaid payment responses are verified by the backend before the stored order is treated as paid.
- If a payment callback is interrupted, customers should check My Orders before attempting another payment and use support when the status is unclear.
- An order record and its current status in My Orders or Order Details should be used for order-specific confirmation and progress.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges, saved-address handling, fulfilment stages and the current position on delivery timing are documented in the Shipping & Delivery policy. Fashion_Fussion does not publish an unsupported fixed delivery-day, courier or nationwide-service guarantee.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligibility depends on the order state and the current return/refund workflow. The dedicated Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy explains the available customer actions, delivery-charge treatment and support-assisted cases.
Business and larger-quantity buying
Fashion_Fussion supports larger-quantity buying within the same store and can expose business quote workflows where available. A requested quantity or submitted quote request does not itself guarantee stock, a special price or acceptance. Any business price or payable amount should be taken from the accepted/current store workflow.

Questions and updates
Fashion_Fussion may update these terms when material storefront, checkout, fulfilment, payment or customer-policy behavior changes. For an order-specific question, use My Orders first or contact support.
